1) GrowIQ Site: Replace Proof Placeholders with Real Results

• Objective: Replace proof placeholders with real results and provide three wins (metric + screenshot/summary).

  • Insert real data and metrics from recent successes.
  • Include at least three screenshots or summaries to substantiate the results.

2) GrowIQ Site: Book-a-Call to GHL Calendar

• Current: Routing to /contact?mode=call.
• Future Plan: Swap to calendar link after GHL build.
• Approach:
  • Ensure current routing works flawlessly.
  • Plan for integration with GHL calendar once built.

3) GHL (GrowIQ): Build Foundation

• Objective: Draft foundational pipeline, intake, and automation processes.
• Considerations:
  • Develop pipeline with necessary fields and routing.
  • Set automations for reminders and no-show recovery.
  • Keep sends turned off until final approval is granted.

4) GrowIQ Site: Deployment Plan + DNS Checklist

• Objective: Write deployment plan for Replit, including DNS checklist.
• Approach:
  • Document README steps for deploying via Replit.
  • Include optional custom domain setup.
  • Ensure no go-live changes without explicit approval.

5) EQT Academy: Build Pipeline + Application Routing + Reminders

• Objective: Build necessary workflows in EQT Academy per SOP.
• Considerations:
  • Develop workflows and ensure VIP redirect uses embedded Whop checkout page.
  • Obtain approvals before enabling sends.

6) EQT: Video Workflow Implementation in GHL

• Objective: Extract and implement workflow from scale-case video in GHL.
