Fixes (visual anchoring)

• Trade visuals no longer slide: removed per-bar "rehydration" that re-positioned Entry/SL/TP lines and labels using the current bar_index.
  • Entry/SL/TP are now created on the signal bar and remain anchored.
  • They are deleted when the trade resolves (SL or TP2).
• S/R zones anchored to touch bar: when price touches support/resistance, the zone is created from the touch bar to touch bar + Zone Length and does not move forward each candle.

Notes

• These changes are intended to fix the “out of place / moving around” behavior shown in Commander’s screenshot.
