• Memory search re-enabled (local embeddings, provider: local, no API key needed)
• Twitter API: Envo created ENVO TRADES project, attached app, regenerated keys — v2 still returning 403 (propagation delay)
• Decision: switch to Ayrshare ($29/mo) for unified social posting (Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Threads) — deferred until budget allows
• LinkedIn company page creation blocked by workplace verification (freezes on mobile)
• Operations Center page built by Forge → deployed to Vercel at /ops (agent status cards, live activity feed, task board)
• Real-time HQ sync wired: launchd job runs every 3min, reads OpenClaw session transcripts → updates agents.json + activity.json
• Phantom Dashboard: canonical resume file created at second-brain/brain/projects/phantom-dashboard.md
