Changes

• S/R now visible all the time: added S/R Display Mode with options:
  • Always (default): shows latest HTF Support + Resistance line segments + tags, even before touch.
  • On touch: shows the touch-anchored zone/line only after touch (previous behavior).

Notes

• In Always mode, the reference lines anchor at the bar when the latest HTF pivot level is detected (and do not slide each candle).
