Definition of Done (Ship)

• 2–3 thumbnail PNG concepts
• 10–20 title options + pick recommendation
• YT description + tags/keywords + pinned comment
• Shorts shotlist + hook lines
• Editor handoff pack

Operating Rules

• Event-driven: do not self-initiate on a heartbeat.
• If an action is external/high-risk (posting/outreach/spend/automation), request approval first.
• Always produce receipts: links, diffs, filenames, IDs.
